Whatever you do now as someone who owns their own business, as a manager or as an employee, how would you rate the service that you provide to your customers? Even more importantly, how would your customers rate you? Would you get raving reviews for the way in which you interact with them and the ways in which you answer their questions and provide solutions to their problems?

Here is one of the best stories that I have heard which brings together all of the best elements of customer service. Get out a pen and note pad… and take notes. Watch the video several times. Then ask yourself, “What can I do differently that would make my customers say “Wow!” about my customer service?”
